Eight Weeks to Better Brain Health Using Meditation

Empower yourself with mind-body practices like meditation, which have been shown to reduce your body’s stress response by enhancing relaxation and lowering stress hormones like cortisol. Understand the pillars of brain health and how to support healthy brain function and memory, giving you control over your well-being. Get the expert knowledge you need to improve your brain health and cognitive functioning through an eight-week plan.

Topics include:
• Incorporating Ayurvedic methods such as sensory modulation, meditation, yoga, nutrition, emotional well-being, physical activity, breathing practices, daily routines, and many other tools/practices for shifting consciousness towards health and happiness, helping you achieve balance and harmony.
• Understand the six pillars of health: sleep, optimal nutrition, healthy emotions, movement & body coordination, meditation, and grounding, and their impact on brain health.
• Learn techniques to manage stress and reprogram negative thinking patterns to positive responses to support total well-being: mind, body, and spirit.

This workshop is conducted by Leah Marie Doroch, a board-certified Holistic Health Practitioner, certified Dementia Practitioner, certified Alzheimer’s Disease Dementia Care Trainer, certified Stress Management Coach, and Harvard Medical School certified Nutrition.Coach, and Deepak Chopra-certified Instructor specializing in Ayurveda. With a wealth of experience in stress management, holistic care, and coaching. Her in-depth expertise spans over 28 years.
